Visit Hours

Your patient is our guest and is in our hospital for treatment, not for receiving visitors. For this reason, it is important for your patient, not for us, to comply with the following rules:

1. The hospital does not have a visit policy for the Intensive Care Unit and Burn Unit. However, the Departments may have their own special visit policies, which must be followed.
2. Patient visits are limited to 2 people at a time, which is of great importance for the patient's health.
3. Patient visits can be made between 14.00-15.00 and 19.00-20.30 every day.
4. It is forbidden to bring food and drink to the patient from outside.
5. It is forbidden to bring children under 12 years of age to visit the patient.
6. For the health of the patient, it is important to come to the visit in clean clothes.
7. Smoking is prohibited inside Health Institutions.
8. It is forbidden to bring gifts other than books, magazines, newspapers, hygienic care products (cologne, paper napkins, paper towels, tissues.), flowers, harmless toys for children.

COMPANION POLICY
1. The patient's doctor determines whether the patient needs an accompanying person and the accompanying person is limited to one person.
2. The accompanying person must not be present during rounds and medical care.
3. The accompanying person is issued a companion card by the head nurse of the clinic.
4. Meals are provided to the accompanying person for a fee.
5. The attendant assists in the care of the patient to the extent permitted.
6. The accompanying person must comply with all the rules set by the hospital.
7. Some clinics do not have an accompanying person.
8. All intensive care and burn unit units cannot be accompanied.
9. Apart from these main rules, it should be noted that each clinic may establish its own special accompanying policy.
