Ahmet ARSLAN, our Hospital Chief Technician, made a presentation on "Workload-based needs determination method (WISN)" at the meeting of the Chief Physician Unit Responsible. With this method, which enables the best utilisation of existing human resources, it is aimed to determine the departments that need personnel and the units with surplus personnel and to plan accordingly.
