Appointment

Dear Patient,

Within the scope of the normalisation process health measures in the COVID-19 Pandemic, our polyclinic services will start in a controlled manner as of 3 June 2020. In this context, a number of measures have been taken to ensure the safety of you and our healthcare professionals;

1. - You are required to wear a mask and observe the social distancing rule during your stay in our hospital.
2. - Due to the lack of intensity in our hospital, polyclinics will definitely not accept patients without an appointment (except for emergencies).
3. - In order to avoid congestion in the outpatient waiting areas of our hospital, you must arrive 10 minutes before your appointments (if you arrive early for your appointment, it will not be possible to be admitted to the hospital).
4. - No accompanying person will be admitted to our hospital except in cases where your patient needs help (paediatric patients, individuals with special needs, elderly patients, etc.), and if accompaniment is required, it is limited to a maximum of one person.
5. - Since it will pose a risk for you to make an appointment by coming to our hospital, you can make your appointments on our hospital's web page (https://hastane.uludag.edu.tr) You can make an appointment from the appointment phones or e-appointment.
