Bursa Uludag University (BUU) Hospital Chief Physician's Office has changed its duty. Prof. Dr. Halil Sağlam became the new Chief Physician of the hospital.
BUU Rector Prof. Dr. Ferudun Yılmaz, Vice Rectors Prof. Dr. İrfan Kırıştıoğlu, Prof. Dr. İrfan Kırıştıoğlu, Prof. Dr. Adem Doğangün, Prof. Dr. Zekeriyya Arı, academic and administrative staff attended the handover ceremony held at the Hospital Chief Physician's Office. With the ceremony, former Chief Physician Prof. Dr. Rıdvan Ali handed over his duty to Prof. Dr. Halil Sağlam.
Speaking at the ceremony, Rector Prof. Dr. Ferudun Yılmaz said that he and Prof. Dr. Rıdvan Ali had left behind a very harmonious 4-year period as Vice Rectors. Emphasizing that positions come and go, Prof. Dr. Ferudun Yılmaz said; "The main thing is to accumulate pleasant memories during the duty period and to carry out a good working period within the framework of respect and love. We carried out such a process with Prof. Dr. Rıdvan Ali. Prof. Dr. Rıdvan Ali, his assistants and all the Chief Medical Staff worked devotedly. They are handing over the flag in a very successful way. Now Prof. Dr. Halil Sağlam is taking over. We thank Prof. Dr. Rıdvan Ali and his team for their efforts and contributions. We wish our new Chief Physician Prof. Dr. Halil Sağlam great success in his duty."
NEW CHIEF: WE WILL WORK ACCORDING TO THE ECOSYSTEM, NOT THE EGO
Prof. Dr. Halil Sağlam, Chief Physician of BUU Hospital, underlined that they will work according to the ecosystem, not the egosystem, while working in the new period. Prof. Dr. Halil Sağlam stated that they will strive to create a harmonious working environment with all staff working within the hospital, from the bottom to the top, and thanked Prof. Dr. Rıdvan Ali and his team for their efforts and the work they have implemented.
Prof. Dr. Rıdvan Ali, who took over as Chief Physician, stated that they focused on renewing the infrastructure in the hospital and implementing new projects within 4 years. Prof. Dr. Rıdvan Ali said that they made an intense effort to renovate the emergency services, intensive care units and the hospital in general; "Our hospital is a 24/7 living place. 10 thousand people enter and exit here daily. It is necessary to be open to communication at any time, solve problems and maintain investments. We have made serious efforts in this regard and we believe that we have been successful in general. We believe that our new Chief Physician and his team will bring the flag of duty they took over from us to much better points. We wish him good luck and good luck."
After the speeches, BUU Rector Prof. Dr. Ferudun Yılmaz presented flowers to the new Chief Physician Prof. Dr. Halil Sağlam and outgoing Chief Physician Prof. Dr. Rıdvan Ali.
